• Dining out has become a distinct and necessary part of our culture with everything from Christenings and Mother's Day to Bar Mitzvahs, weddings and the business lunch taking place at a restaurant. 48% of the food dollar is spent dining out.
• New Jersey Restaurant Association represents professional restaurant owners across the State and in order to better serve the public the Association provides its members and their employees training in critical areas such as Food Safety, Alcohol Server Responsiblity, Guest Loyalty and Language Training.
• Dining Out is important to the economy with every dollar spent in a restaurant generating an additional $2.00 in sales plus taxes for related industries.
